Researches, analyzes, compiles and presents complex data from a variety of sources in order to communicate and reinforce difficult concepts and to communicate large amounts of quantifiable data for grant proposals.
Prepares complex grant budgets in a variety of formats. Develops, implements and maintains the budget spreadsheet template and budget narrative template.
Maintains and improves the necessary records, files, reports, databases and resource material pertinent to grants office activities to ensure effectiveness, including recording actions in SalesForce.
Writes sections of grant proposals such as budget narratives, and/or gathers supporting material for grant proposals such as job descriptions, resumes, maps, organizational charts, bibliographies, tables of contents and forms.
Provides input on and assistance with enhancing grants office processes and relationships with external funders.
Coordinates meetings with internal departments, external agencies, and supporters, and generates summaries/reports of these meetings as appropriate.
Maintains utmost professionalism and accuracy when communicating and developing relationships with internal departments and external agencies.
Identifies new foundation prospects by examining factors such as vision, goals, policies, objectives, and giving-history to assess compatibility with Wycliffe.
Writes complete first drafts of proposals, letters of inquiry, reports, requests for information and other correspondence-both internally and externally.
Complies with Wycliffe’s confidentiality policies for sensitive information on foundation donors, projects/activities in certain areas of the world, confidential reports, etc.
Performs a variety of administrative support activities to ensure the grants office financial, personnel, and proposal requirements are met in a timely manner. Facilitates travel arrangements and appointments when needed.
Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Computer Skills: Knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software and CRM. Understanding of grant-related databases and other web-based research tools.
